| Suitable for blanching of vegetables. The unit consists of a modular plastic belt. The belt will also be fitted with side guards to prevent the product from falling over from the sides. The blanching tank will consist of steam pipeline. Steam is sprayed over the vegetables for pre-determined time in order to ensure appropriate blanching of the product. The unit is made completely out of SS 304. The unit is complete with automatic steam controller, temperature indicator, connections like water inlet, overflow, drain etc. |
