Honing Oil Carryover Reduction
In Automotive or Bearing industries honing is a critical and last machining process before final washing and assembly.
Normally there is huge amount of honing oil carryover leading to contamination of washing media and affecting the cleaning quality.
Nexgen air knifes systems have been effectively used to reduce this oil carryover and achieved reduction in the carryover to the level of 95 to 98%. This has helped to save on the oil and washing media consumption as well as better cleaning quality.
